Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and we issue written confirmation. Full payment terms, deposit amounts, and balance due dates are provided in your individual quote or itinerary.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms vary by package and accommodation partner and are set out in your booking confirmation. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests.

Pricing

Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in your quote and may change due to currency fluctuations, park fee changes, or third-party rate adjustments before a deposit is received.

Your Responsibilities
